ABOUT ME

I am on the journey of life. I love to create via writing, photography, art, wellness, fitness. I have been in the health and wellness profession for over 20 years.

I am a single mother of 3 beautiful sons and I have many stories to share. I want to share my stories with hopes of connecting to or helping anyone who share similar life experiences and perhaps thought they were alone.

I have experienced great love and fortune to tremdous loss and despair. I believe in self exploration, kindness to others, forgiveness towards others and especially to myself. I am constantly envolving, learning, seeking growth as I trek along my journey trail. I am thankful for everyone I have met along the way, no matter how short or long they have walked the trail with me.

I don’t really know what I am doing, but I feel compelled to share my journey, my stories.
